We are a B2B Big Data and Business Intelligence software-as-a-service company operating in the new ecommerce reality, Marketplaces. Our mission is to help brands and retailers thrive on Amazon and other Marketplaces with our Search Engine Marketing, Market Intelligence, and Business Analytics software that assists them in growing their sales and improving their margins.

Everyday, our technology collects and analyzes hundreds of thousands of data points on products, search queries, brands, sellers, sales, and advertising efforts. This trove of uniquely-blended data can be leveraged to give our clients unparalleled business insights.

Started in 2017 and launched in 2018 originally as a side-business by Isaac DUPLAN, Sylvain PAGET, and Othmane SGHIR, we currently serve hundreds of brands, retailers, and agencies, from solo-entrepreneurs, to micro-businesses, SMBs and large firms, mainly in the US and other countries.

Bootstrapped until recently, we're backed by Axeleo Capital and top Business Angels after a c. $1M Seed round in June 2019. Job Description

👑 The person we're looking for and her mission

We're looking for a very dynamic and smart person to join our yet-to-be-created sales team. You need to have great writing, speaking and argumentative abilities as well as complete fluency in English as you will be exchanging with international leads and customers.

As the first hire to be fully dedicated to sales, you need to demonstrate a strong ability in developing, cultivating and converting pipelines on your own, with a strong efficiency and ability to deliver on your targets!

You know how to be scrappy when necessary, you can operate in a small startup environment, and you have the ability to learn fast and work well in a small team.

Your role will notably encompass the following:

  • Run cold outreach via emails, LinkedIn, and phone to build an outbound pipeline.
  • Proactively engage with inbound leads to cultivate and nurture the inbound pipeline.
  • Convert freemium users and upsell existing customers.
  • Conduct product demos and understand users challenges and business needs.
  • Become a specialist on eCommerce and Amazon and provide expert recommendations.
  • Manage existing customers relationships and optimize the value they extract from the platform.
  • Organize and participate to our attendance in trade shows and conferences.
  • Work with the marketing team on building sales and marketing materials.
  • Worth with the engineering team on building sales-enabling tools and automations.
  • Work with the founding and product team on fine-tuning the roadmap.

    • BSPCE: 0.15% to 0.35% with 4 years vesting, depending on profile and seniority

Recruitment Process

🤝Recruitment Process

  2. Upon a positive feedback, you'll go through a first 30-45 minutes web call interview
  3. Upon a positive feedback, you'll go through a second 1h30 physical interview:
    • 30 minutes with our 3-persons founding team
    • 60 minutes for a case study / sales role playing game and a final chat/debrief
  4. After a couple ref calls when possible and upon a positive feedback, you'll ideally meet with the rest of the team for an informal chat and a final discussion regarding your role.
  5. Upon a positive feedback, you'll receive our offer after a few days. If you decide to join us, you'll go through an onboarding program to help you get started smoothly.
